Coronavirus COVID-19 disruption to service updates.

Dear customer,

We’re all having to make big changes to our everyday lives as the world copes with the coronavirus pandemic.

Here at Tunnelrat Electronics we’re doing everything we can to keep you moving, safely and responsibly in these challenging times.


We source our parts globally and work closely with our suppliers to ensure we always have stock when we need it. Recently, many global supply chains have been affected by factories and couriers locking down their businesses to restrain the spread of the virus. 

This action has caused stock shortages and price rises. 

Currently our suppliers are experiencing long shipping delays and higher shipping costs. Although we try to keep our prices low, we regret there may be some small price adjustments made in line with our suppliers. 


If an item is out of stock it will not be possible to order that item until new stock arrives. During this time we currently have no idea when this could be but we have been advised that some items could take up to 9 weeks to replenish stocks.

We aim to ship all orders within 1 working day of the received order.
Currently it is not possible to collect your order personally. 

We use Royal Mail to deliver your orders globally as they offer a very cost effective service to all countries.

Currently Royal Mail are experiencing delays of up to 7 days.
