Q. Forscan Error "this adapter is not recommended for this car" 
A. Forscan are planning to add some features in the future which are not compatible with ELM327 cables. This does not mean your adapter is faulty or not currently compatible with your car.
It means that due to poor quality Chinese Elm327 Forscan no longer recommends you use any Elm327 devices.
Our devices are of the highest quality and all previous features of Forscan will still work with our devices. Our modified ELM327 is still the best affordable solution for the home mechanic. 

Q. Which adapter do I need for my Ford ......
A. We only sell ELM devices for Ford. It depends what you want to use it for. Please read each item description carefully so that you can make up your own mind.

Q. How long does my order take to arrive?
A. We ship all orders within 1 working day from the UK. International orders can take up to 14 days to arrive but please allow 21 days before contacting us.

Q. Why does the item I received look different from the one in the item photo?
A. We regularly use different suppliers and often update our branding. The item you receive will still have all of the same funtionality as the one advertised.
